Policies: Returns, Shipping and Repairs

All Marisa Mason pieces are made by hand in our Oakland studio.  While we have most styles in stock, we may need to hand make your order specially for you.  As such we quote 3-5 days to ship orders out.  Shipping transit lead-times are shown below.
Standard Shipping: Appx. 3-6 days.
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 days depending on final destination.

If you would like to receive your order by a specific date please include a note when placing the order and include your phone number.  You can always email us at or call our store at 510.289.6002.  We answer the phone during our business hours.

While we hope you never want to take your new purchases off again, we know not every online order will be quite right.  As such we allow returns within up to 15 days of receipt.  All items must be returned unworn with their original packaging and packing slip.  You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges. We do not pay for return shipping.

For in store purchases we accept returns for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase for all unworn/unused merchandise.  Receipt is required for all returns.
While we strive for the highest quality of craftsmanship, jewelry is inherently fragile and may need a fix now and then.  Our repair price and lead-time depends on the nature of the repair needed.  Repairs due to wear and tear or accidents will incur a minimal fee to help us cover the cost of providing this service.  We will hold finished repairs for 2 months once the customer is notified of a finished repair.  We do not offer repairs on sample sale pieces.
Everyone loves a sample sale!  We hold occasional sample sales (every 1-2 years) to give you a chance for some one of a kind pieces and special low price deals.  The pieces in the sample sale may be samples from our trade shows, pieces worn in photoshoots, or one of a kind styles made while fleshing out the creative process.  Some pieces will be made specifically for the sample sale using overstock materials and castings.  While many pieces are first quality, some may have minor defects and the pricing will reflect that.
We do not offer any returns, exchanges or repairs on sample sale items.  All items, whether purchased online or in-store, are considered FINAL SALE.  Prices can range from $10-250.
All purchases made in the online sample sale may take 3-10 days to ship out + transit time.  Please plan for these to take longer to arrive then our regular product.
