Repairs, Resizing and Holds

REPAIRS

While we strive for the highest quality of craftsmanship, jewelry is inherently fragile and may need a fix now and then.  Our repair price and lead-time depends on the nature of the repair needed.  Repairs due to wear and tear or accidents will incur a minimal fee to help us cover the cost of providing this service.  We will hold finished repairs for 2 months once the customer is notified of a finished repair.  We do not offer repairs on sample sale pieces.

RESIZING

Bands:

  • Size Down gold band under 3mm wide: $25 (2 weeks)
  • Size Down Gold band over 3mm wide: $50 (2 weeks)
  • Size UP gold band under 3mm wide: $65 (3 weeks)
  • Size UP Gold band over 3mm- 5mm wide: $95 (3 weeks) 
  • Size Up Gold band 6mm & up: $125-300 (3 weeks)
  • Size up by 1/4 size only: Standard fee of $20

Rings with stones:

HOLDING ORDERS 

Once order is purchased or repaired and customer had been contacted that it is ready for pick up, we will only hold it in our stores for 1 calendar year. We will attempt to contact the customer multiple times, but after one year there is no eligibility for refund or and we are not responsible for providing the order.
